1-4Rock forward right, recover left, rock back right, recover left
5-8Repeat 1-4

RIGHT & LEFT HEEL STRUTS, RIGHT HEEL GRIND RIGHT, ROCK RECOVER
1-2Step right heel forward, drop right toe to floor
3-4Step left heel forward, drop left toe to floor
5Step right heel forward with right toe pointing towards left diagonal,
6With weight on right heel twist right toe right and take weight on left
7-8Rock back right, recover left
(Beginner Option: Counts 1-6 can be performed as a vine with holds)

1-2Step right to side, hold and click fingers
3-4On ball of right make turn right stepping left to side, hold and click fingers
5-6On ball of left make turn right stepping right to side, hold and click fingers
7-8Rock left behind right, recover weight on right

1-8Repeat 17-24 beginning with step left to side

1-2Touch right toe towards left instep and swing left heel to right, hold
3-4Touch right heel towards left instep and swing left toe to right, hold

6Touch right heel towards left instep and swing left toe to right
